HT and The Print to share each other’s ‘best work’

The Hindustan Times and The Print have made a unique editorial arrangement wherein they will now share each other’s “best work” on their platforms. The announcement regarding this was made by Sukumar Ranganathan, Editor-in-Chief, Hindustan Times, and Shekhar Gupta, Founder, The Print, on Twitter.

“@httweets and @theprintindia are delighted to announce an editorial arrangement where some of The Print’s best work will appear in HT, and some of HT’s in The Print. @ShekharGupta,” Sukumar Ranganathan tweeted.

Few minutes after Ranganathan’s tweet, Shekhar Gupta also shared a similar tweet.

“ThePrint, @theprintindia and @htTweets are delighted to announce an editorial arrangement where some of ThePrint’s best work will appear in HT, and some of HT’s in The Print. @HT_Ed,” Gupta tweeted.

Sukumar Ranganathan was appointed as HT’s Editor-in-Chief last year after Bobby Ghosh’s controversial exit from the newsroom. Shekhar Gupta has founded Printline Media Pvt Ltd that publishes The Print, a multi-media (primarily digital) news platform.

Both Sukumar Ranganathan and Shekhar Gupta could not be reached for comments.
