Haridwar se Har dwar tak: Patanjali goes digital

Baba Ramdev led FMCG swadeshi brand Patanajli has decided to give a digital push to the brand with the launch of it’s e-commerce platform
In addition to it’s own portal, the company is expected to enter the online race in association with major online retailers- Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm Mall, BigBasket, Shopclues and Snapdeal.
In the event organised by Patanjali which was attended by the founder Baba Ramdev, MD Acharya Balkrishna and representatives of all the online companies, Patanjali announced it’s brand slogan ‘Ab Haridwar se har dwar tak’ in a mission to reach out to maximum customers and double the company’s growth.
Confirming the development Vishal Sharma, SVP - Operations, ShopClues, said, "There is huge synergy in between Patanjali and us. While Patanjali is catering to Bharat with their popular products, we at ShopClues are bringing Bharat closer on a digital platform. We are excited to have Patanjali products on the ShopClues online marketplace. We will help Patanjali reach out to consumers in Tier 3, 4 and rural. With Bharat as a core market for both the brands, I am positive that this partnership will benefit consumers immensely."
From aggressively tweeting about this digital push  to organizing an event, Baba Ramdev is leaving no stone unturned for this new online venture.
