Gupshup's 'New Money' bot to provide information on currency exchange

Bot builder platform- Gupshup has come out with a Facebook Messenger based bot called ‘New Money’ that is focused on providing actionable information regarding currency exchange. 

‘New Money’ explains the entire process of demonetization of currency and the reasons behind it. It even enables people to go deep and understand the issue in detail if they wish to.

Beerud Sheth, CEO, Gupshup said, “The demonetization, while good for the country, is also causing a temporary inconvenience. To help citizens understand and adjust to these changes, we have launched a chat bot that explains the details in a simple conversational interface. This is a new way to explain the new money.”
