Frrole announces its new product offering for marketers and analysts, Scout

Frrole, a leading provider of consumer and social intelligence products, has announced the company’s leap into next generation products built using next generation Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and that offer deep consumer insights based on social analytics. The company has announced its latest product offering in Scout, built specifically for marketers, analysts and researchers in digital, media agencies and consumer brand segments

Scout is a complete social intelligence tool that offers audience intelligence, social listening, and on-demand research, that are critical for decision making, all on a single platform. It leverages Frrole’s AI platform, which offers meaningful and intelligent insights into consumer personas, moods, demographics, interests and even on-demand research.  This AI platform not only enables enterprises to plan marketing activities and measure their impact, but also obtain real time competitive intelligence. With the right questions on business growth factors such as customers, market research, brand reach or business intelligence, Scout provides answers in hours and at 1/10th of the cost, giving machine intelligence an edge over traditional means.

“Enabled largely by Machine Learning and AI, a new generation of software is emerging on the scene which is changing what it’s been possible to do for the customers. At Frrole, we are fundamentally reimagining what is possible with social data and are taking it much beyond its usual confines of social listening and measurement,” said Amarpreet Kalkat, Co-founder and Chief Technologist, Frrole.

“Our goal is to build a true next-generation Consumer Intelligence platform that makes a brand new future possible. We are working on another revolutionary product called DeepSense, soon to be launched, which is built for product innovators and strategists and offers deep consumer insights and personas that can make any product smarter for an ultimate product experience for users,” added Kalkat.

The Frrole platform is a state-of-the-art AI engine that can deeply understand billions of social conversations and relationships as they occur in real time. The data abundance in today’s world demands a deeper contextual understanding of each social activity, it is no longer sufficient to be able to just measure and classify. The Frrole platform leverages algorithms around Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Named Entity Recognition to build this understanding. The platform combines this ability to deeply understand social data with the capability to build 000s of data models based on traditional web data sources like Wikipedia, Freebase, Geo Maps etc. The result, therefore, is a rich, contextual insight everytime and not just a piece of annotation or metadata.

Frrole’s customers include e-commerce portal Flipkart and Atlantic Records.
