Deepali Naair joins IIFL Wealth  Management as Chief Marketing & Digital Officer

Deepali Naair  formerly  CMO at Mahindra Holidays, has joined IIFL Wealth  Management as Chief Marketing & Digital Officer. In her new role she oversees both mainline as well as the digital business for the organisation.

 Naair leverages more than two decades of rich experience in media and marketing, she began her career with Tata Motors in 1993 followed by a marketing stint at BPL Mobile. She has also worked in Advertising as a Strategic Planner at Draft FCB-Ulka and then was the Marketing Manager for Saffola and Mediker at Marico. Her financial services foray began with HSBC Global Asset Management India where apart from successfully managing marketing for India operations, she led the Global re-launch (communication development) of HSBC Global Asset Management Brand, which used to be HSBC Investments in its previous avatar.

In December 2009, Naair joined L&T as part of the start-up team to launch the General Insurance business as Country Head for Brand and Corporate Communications. She was head of the ecommerce channel and was instrumental in designing the brand strategy and digital strategy for L&T Insurance. She also helped in product design for L&T Insurance along with looking after customer service.

 In October 2013, she joined Mahindra Holidays as Chief Marketing Officer wherein her she led Marketing, Brand, Digital, Analytics, E-Commerce & Inventory Sales at Mahindra Holidays as Chief Marketing Officer. Both Digital & Inventory Sales grew significantly under her leadership.

Naair also bagged the  2015, ‘Content Marketer of the Year’ award by DMAi for designing unique video and social media content to promote the Club Mahindra brand as well as the Leading Woman in Insurance’ Award for innovation in the brand and digital strategy for L&T Insurance in 2013
