CDC-CRM introduces campaign management solution for Indian companies

As India Inc invests more marketing rupees to create and sustain its brands, campaigns are the order of the day and they are getting bigger and more complex. To add to this complexity is the spread of geography, a better informed customer and the involvement of multiple departments and teams in a company for the campaign. In such a scenario, there is only one way for campaigns to get better and achieve better results and that is to get planning right and manage the campaign using IT.

CDC-CRM Solutions India, a provider of enterprise CRM and related solutions in India, has introduced its campaign management solution in India with local support and a further possibility of customisation if the client so desires it. Campaign management solutions are a category familiar in developed markets, but till now, Indian companies and agencies keen on one did not have a world-class product available.

According to Shubho Battarcharya CEO, CDC-CRM Solutions India, “It might be a surprise for many that a global CRM leader like us actually has a very focused and specialised solution for campaign management. The independent campaign management module emerged out of our attempt to make our overall CRM solution provide a 360-degree view of the customer besides encompassing every potential touch point with the customer.”

Bhattarcharya added, “Campaigns being an important customer reach and relationship building effort, it meant we invest in developing a solution to manage it from the customer point of view so the end goal of customers can be met. The solution also goes to reiterate the micro-specialised solution for verticals approach that CDC-CRM is adopting in India. We look forward to working with Indian corporates and agencies on enabling well managed campaigns.”

CDC-CRM’s campaign management solution provides the ability to link every campaign communication to the account history, so employees from marketing, sales, customer support and accounting can share a complete view of all the activities and updates. Even bulk actions for campaign can be generated through the system, milestones can be defined and status of each prospect can be reviewed any time with the help of CRM tools.

Technologically, the solution tracks response rates and ties revenue to specific campaigns, but also enables campaign management analysis by lead source, region, media type, and products sold, using flexible, built-in reports. It also tracks key information and provides important analytics such as campaign details, marketing plan, budget planning, expense mapping, events tracking and result tracking. The solution further allows enterprise customers to be able to coordinate marketing communications across channels such as sales force, telesales, telemarketing, direct mail, fax, e-mail, and Web; and prevent campaign overlaps or conflicts within channels.
