Active Media Technology and FMCC organise first mobile marketing workshop

ActiveMedia Technology has announced the first mobile marketing workshop to be held on May 25, which will be organised in association with FMCC (Futuristix Media Communications Centre) in New Delhi. It is aimed at those seeking an insight into developing, executing and measuring mobile marketing campaigns.

Raj Singh, Executive Director, ActiveMedia Technology India, will conduct the workshop. Ramesh Kumar, Business Development Director, ActiveMedia Technology UK and Deputy Chairman of the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA), will bring an international perspective to the workshop through his learning in one of the world’s most advanced mobile marketing territories.

The workshop will also feature presentations by senior executives with hands-on mobile marketing experience from large-scale brands, agencies and mobile operators.

Singh said, “It is the first mobile marketing event dedicated to teaching what one needs to know to create, manage and deploy successful mobile marketing campaigns. This hands-on interactive workshop will give the participants the insight and actionable information needed to design and execute a mobile marketing strategy. Participants can learn the very latest thinking, strategies, methods and applications that are being used by leading agencies and brands — from text messaging, Java, WAP, IVR, Bluetooth, coupons and games.”

The workshop is for companies, advertising and marketing agencies, and others involved in marketing via the mobile channel. This workshop will bring together creators, marketers and distributors of wireless media from all parts of the country and leading international experts, to share information and focus on the impact of wireless technologies in business today, strategies required to ensure the smooth introduction of a mobile marketing campaign, both the marketing and technical aspects of the wireless industries, and the business of managing and evaluating a successful mobile marketing campaign.
