Vizeum appoints Manas Mishra as Exec VP & National Strategy Director

Aegis Media’s Vizeum India has appointed Manas Mishra as Executive Vice President and National Strategy Director.

Mishra will play a vital role in Vizeum’s growth plans. He will be based in Delhi with a national responsibility. He will report to S Yesudas, Managing Director, Indian Subcontinent, Vizeum. His last stint was with Initiative India.

Confirming the same, S Yesudas said, “I had the pleasure of working with Manas when I was looking after Initiative Media. Vizeum is at an interesting juncture in its journey. Manas brings on board all that’s needed for its future growth. I’m delighted to welcome him into the Vizeum family and wish him all the very best as I look forward to working with him.”

Mishra held various positions during his 18-year media career in agencies such as Contract Advertising, Initiative Media, Mudra Max and Starcom China. He returned to India to take a leadership role at Initiative India earlier this year.

Mishra said, “Aegis Media overall and Vizeum in particular have had a dream run in 2012.  What attracted me to Vizeum is the determination with which the company has been built from scratch as well the faith of clients. I look forward to partnering Yesu (S Yesudas) in taking Vizeum to the next level.”

Vizeum operates in 55 countries with a philosophy of in-depth understanding of the co-existence of lives, brands and media in the actual world through its process – motivation to media.
