Uppal Group calls for creative pitch; allocates Rs 20 cr as media outlay

Reviewing its budget allocation for FY09, real estate player Uppal Group plans to revamp its creative domain of advertising operations and has called for a pitch. The Group currently has a media outlay of around Rs 20 crore and plans to enhance its creative outlook for all print and electronic campaigns. Law & Kenneth in the incumbent agency.

Uppal Group has invited new applications for appointment of an integrated creative agency enabling it to avail 360-degree services on creativity platform.

“We want to have an agency with outstanding creative outlay, boosting all our advertising campaigns and leaving a strong foothold of our message across minds of various target audience,” said Manish Moza, General Manager, Marketing, Uppal Group. He added, “We would, however, continue to motivate the agency in delivering us the best creative, giving us an upper edge.”

Uppal Group has played a vital role in revolutionising and redefining lifestyle in Delhi. Apart from residential complexes, the Group is also engaged in development of several hospitality projects and has tied-up with JW Marriott for their upcoming hotel in Chandigarh. The Group is currently developing 55 million sq ft space in residential, commercial, SEZs and hotels. The Group is also executing four SEZ projects in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana.
