Tribe 10 Advertising inks strategic pact with Poorman Production

Tribe 10 Advertising has signed an MoU with Poorman Production, under which the latter will handle all production requirements of Tribe 10’s clients. The MoU was signed recently, marking the fifth Anniversary celebrations of Tribe 10. Poorman Production is a creative production house owned by ad film maker Pradeep Kalipurayath.

Elaborating on the pact, Rajani Nair and Shankar Iyer, partners, Tribe 10, said, “We were on the lookout for a perfect production partner who would understand our clients like we do and actively support us technically. We held parleys with several production companies, but realised that they might not be able to live up to our expectations. Poorman falls exactly in our scheme of things. Since we have worked with Poorman earlier, we knew about what they were capable of.”

They further said, “The basic idea behind the tie-up was to become a one-stop solution partner for our clients. Poorman will function like our own production department and it will help them get quality output at reduced cost as opposed to the case where the agency will outsource production requirements for a percentage. Also, this will help avoid any kind of misunderstandings, delays or communication gaps since work will be closely monitored internally at every stage. Tribe 10 will enter into technical, technological and resource sharing tie-ups like this to strengthen our offerings to clients. This definitely gives us an edge over competition.”

The MoU, however, does not restrict Poorman from working with other advertising agencies. “Poorman is an attitude. It is about bringing to the table excellent quality at minimal cost. We strive to get the best output we can within the client’s budget. Our creative ability and resource know-how are our biggest strengths. We found a perfect partner in Tribe 10, who has a similar working style as ours. With this partnership, Poorman’s clients get to leverage on Tribe 10’s advertising and brand building expertise as well,” said Pradeep Kalipurayath.
