Tree Design wins advertising mandate for Eddy Tablets

Kids’ education tablet Eddy Tablets has assigned its advertising mandate to one of India’s contemporary design and advertising companies, Tree Design. The mandate includes pan-India marketing, branding and visual merchandising of the tablets. Tree will also handle the pan-India advertising and product launches for the brand.

Metis, an education solutions company is launching Eddy Tablets. The Android-powered tablet is a ‘kids learning tablet’. It is targeted to kids aged between 2 and 10 years, and focuses on educator-selected learning content.

Talking about awarding the advertising mandate to Tree, Bharat Gulia, CEO of Metis said, “We wanted an agency which combines out of the box design strength with innovative outlook to brand advertising. We needed an agency that has the vision and the ability to assist in creation of a new product category . Tree fitted our needs the best.”

Arnab Chatterjee, Co- founder and CEO of Tree, said, “We are excited to be associated with Eddy tablets. We are confident that we will be able to bring our designing prowess and strategic market thinking to help our client. Our aim is to leverage the uniqueness of it being the only kids learning tablet manufacturer and create a strong brand identity amongst kids and their parents.”
