With this tie-up, Tempest will now offer its client strategic planning and research, media relations, editorial and monitoring services. Tempest will also enter into personality management, an area of expertise of Orion PR.

Some of the personalities managed by the Orion PR team include well known names like Mukesh Khanna, Anjali Mukerjee, Dr L Subramaniam, Dilip Chhabria, Miss Millennium – Melissa Bhagat, Arjun Sarga, Neha Nagpal (pop singer), and Bennu Sehgall. Orion PR’s corporate clientele includes Pidilite, UTV, SVC Bank to name a few.

According to Turab Lakdawala, Managing Director of Tempest, “Orion PR, headed by Khalid Jamal, has the expertise, experience and reach that is required to give our clients professional top of the class service to develop the right image in the media.”

The agency is on an expansion drive and is in the process of setting up offices in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Indore and Delhi. “We have recently opened our Kochi office and plan to enter the other cities one by one every six months,” Lakdawala said.
