Taproot India brings on board Mayuresh Dubhashi

In an effort to strengthen its creative team and bring in some young blood, Taproot India has hired Mayuresh Dubhashi as Associate Creative Director.

Dubhashi has eight years of experience working as a writer. He started work at Lowe Lintas on Idea, Wheel, Surf Excel, etc. and then moved onto JWT Mumbai, where he spent over five years.

During this gratuity-entitling period, he worked on Good Knight, Smirnoff, Rin Global, Nokia, Brylcreem, Nike, Kingfisher Airlines, Godrej Corporate, Godrej Appliances, etc. 

“There’s a reason why Taproot is the hottest agency in the country. It’s got the best brands and the best people handling them and more importantly, it's going to offer the best possible opportunities to up my game,” said Dubhashi.

“I have worked with him in the past; hence, I know his strengths, passion and attitude towards work,” said Agnello Dias, Chief Creative Officer and Co-Founder, Taproot India.

Apart from many metals at Goafest, Dubhashi has also won the Young Lotus competition, represented India at Adfest 2011 and won a Silver. 

“Taproot India is a strong believer of young blood. Mayuresh is young and yet very matured in his thinking and approach,” said Santosh Padhi, Chief Creative Officer and Co-Founder, Taproot India.

The agency has renowned brands on its roster, including Pepsi Cola, Mountain Dew, 7up, Times of India, Mumbai Mirror, Airtel, Birla Insurance, Bombay Times, Marico's Set Wet and Zatak Deo, Nirma detergent, Karbonn Mobiles, Polycab Wires, Myntra.com, Dulux Paints, Nourishco, Hike, etc.
