Square Communications ready to roll Parsvnath ads

Delhi-based creative agency Square Communications has recently bagged the Rs 2-crore advertising duties of the real estate developer Parsvnath Developers Ltd’s Green Ville project in Gurgaon, Haryana. The real estate project involves developing 2.5 million sq.ft area across 38 projects in northern India.

Describing the pathway to success, Navneet Kapoor, Managing Director, Square Communications, said, the hard work put in by his team worked well since their approach was to breakaway from hackneyed concepts and develop a unique creative platform for the client. “Hence we came up with the concept of a ‘Swiss lifestyle’, which was indeed the differentiator.”

Square Communications edged out Graphisads and Devrah Communication in winning the advertising duties. Going forward, the agency will roll out print ads in leading dailies apart from below-the-line advertising activities.

Sunit Sachar, Vice President (Marketing), Parsvnath Developers Ltd, said, “We found in Square Communications the right blend of creativity and service.” Parsvnath Developers, which claims to have grown to a Rs 3,000-crore group, had Graphisads and Devrah working on their other real estate projects. “Basically, we wanted to shift the workload from the existing agencies to a new agency,” said Sachar.

The total ad-spend of Parsvnath is estimated in the region of Rs 5 crore.
