Satyam wins case against cybersquatter

Satyam Computer Services Ltd. has won the case in the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Centre, Geneva to recover the domain names, Satyam had filed an application before the WIPO in wake of the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy adopted by ICANN (Internet Corporation For Assigned Names and Numbers). The respondent was a computer programmer of Indian origin residing in the US.
