Saatchi & Saatchi Bangalore bags Value Designbuild business

Real estate developer Value Designbuild has appointed Saatchi & Saatchi Bangalore as its communication partner from this month onwards. The agency will conceptualise a communication approach that will help differentiate the brand in an otherwise lacklustre real estate market.

The organisation is led by Koshy Varghese, who has over two decades’ experience in India and the Middle East in the areas of property development, land acquisition, marketing, construction and finance.

Confirming the development, Rajeev Ravindranathan, Creative Director, Saatchi & Saatchi Bangalore, said, “I am quite excited by the challenge that the real estate market is posing, and am looking forward to doing some exciting work on Value Designbuild.”

Speaking on the communication mix, Ravindranathan said, “The marketing will not rely on totally traditional marketing, given the fact that the business relates to the real estate sector. Hence, we plan to look at new age media and direct marketing mediums.”

In the past, the client has worked with Bangalore-based agencies like Fish Eye and Origami creative. The account size could not be ascertained at the time of filing the report.

Value Designbuild is an ISO 9001:2000 organisation known for its proprietary ‘open’ corporate policy, aimed at bringing complete transparency and reliability to all aspects of their work.
