Religare appoints Lintas Media Group as its group media AOR

Lintas Media Group has bagged the media mandate for diversified financial services group Religare Enterprises following a fiercely competitive pitch. Lintas Media Group will handle all the financial services, comprising asset management, wealth management (Religare Macquarie), equity and commodity broking, investment banking, lending services, private equity and venture capital out of Delhi and the Mutual Fund business that is out of Mumbai. The estimated size of the business is said to be over Rs 80 crore.

On choosing Lintas Media Group, Subhrangshu Neogi, Director - Brand and Corporate Communications, Religare Enterprises, said that Lintas Media’s pitch presentation mirrored Religare's thoughts and long term plans. “The innovative ideas, the relevance to the brief and the passion Lintas demonstrated for the brand helped them win the pitch,” Neogi added.

Sudha Natrajan, President & COO, Lintas Media Group, was ecstatic to begin 2010 with such a keenly fought over win. “My Delhi office, headed by Mani and team, had made a pitch presentation that made the client give us a standing ovation,” she said.

Commenting on the win, VS Mani, Senior VP & GM, Lintas Media Group, Delhi said, “We understood Religare’s need and proposed a solution that resonated so very well with them. That is what clinched the business for us.”

Lintas Media Group’s clients include ITC Ltd, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, Bajaj Auto, MRF, Sony and over a 100 others.
