Pizza Hut retains JWT as creative partner; ac size upwards of Rs 15 crore

Following a creative pitch that reportedly involved JWT, O&M, BBDO and Saatchi & Saatchi, Pizza Hut has retained JWT as its creative partner. Pizza Hut had called for the creative pitch in September 2009. The account size is estimated at upwards of Rs 15 crore. JWT Delhi has been handling the account for the last 10 years.

Confirming the development, Anup Jain, Director – Marketing, Pizza Hut, said, “We evaluated four creative agencies, but liked the approach taken by JWT to understand the brand, the challenges and the brand solutions that they provided. That’s why we chose JWT yet again.”

Rohit Ohri, Managing Partner, JWT, said, “Pizza Hut is a brand that’s very close to JWT’s heart. It is a brand that we had helped launch in India and nurtured over the last 14 years. Our partnership has now emerged stronger than ever before and we look forward to scaling new heights of communication excellence.”
