National Physical Laboratory, Footwear Design & Development Institute invite agencies for empanelment
The National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi (a constituent of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research), has invited applications from ad agencies for empanelment. The empanelled agencies will be responsible for undertaking the advertising work of the Laboratory. The empanelment is being offered for a period of two years.
To be eligible for empanelment, the agencies should be fully accredited to the Indian Newspaper Society (INS) and should be currently providing media services to at least five PSUs or autonomous organisations.
The agencies should also be willing to release advertisements at DAVP rates.
Additionally, the agencies should have a minimum annual print advertising turnover of Rs 5 crore in the last three financial years.
Interested agencies will have to submit their offers along with detailed status of the firm in the prescribed form, along with copies of relevant documents in a sealed cover addressed to the - Director, National Physical Laboratory, Dr. K.S. Krishnan Marg, New Delhi - 110 012, latest by 2:30 pm on November 30, 2010.The offers will be opened on the same day at 3 pm.
Meanwhile, the Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI) has also invited expressions of interest (EoIs) from advertising agencies for empanelment. The empanelled agencies will be responsible for conceptualising, designing and release of advertisements, preparing media plans for various modes of publicity at the national and international level.
This empanelment opportunity is being offered for a period of one year, with an extension scope for a further period of two years based on the performance and service quality of the agencies.
To be eligible for empanelment, the agencies should be accredited to the Indian Newspaper Society (INS) and should have handled major advertising campaigns during the last three years. The agencies should also be willing to release advertisements at DAVP rates.
Additionally, the agencies should have minimum average annual turnover of Rs 50 crore for the last three financial years, and should have an experience of at least one national level campaign on topics or issues related to fashion and lifestyle products and institutional promotions.
Agencies should preferably have full-fledged functional offices at major metros in India with fully equipped creative and support teams. The firm should have a team of minimum two qualified creative resources.
Applicants will have to submit a demand draft or pay order of Rs 2 lakh drawn in favour of FDDI, payable at Noida as the EoI security amount along with the completed applications.
Interested agencies can submit their applications up to 5 pm on December 9, 2010. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 5.30 pm.
