Ministry of Health and Family Welfare enters the Top 10 Brands in BARC Week 46

Videocon D2H continued to lead BARC’s Top 10 Brands for Week 46 (November 11-17) with 16,482 insertions.

Dettol Toilet Soaps, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Dr Ortho Oil and Capsule, Santoor Sandal and Turmeric and Clinic Plus Shampoo entered the category at second, sixth, seventh, ninth and tenth spot with 10,221, 8535, 7745, 7518 and 7350 insertions respectively.

Sprite retained its third spot with 9522 insertions.

Harpic 10X slipped to fourth spot with 9250 insertions.

Dove Cream Bathing Bar and Cadburys Dairy Milk Chocolate climbed to fifth and eighth spot with 8994 and 7723 insertions respectively.

Meanwhile, in the Top 10 Advertisers list, FMCG majors Hindustan Lever, Reckitt Benckiser (India) and Procter & Gamble continued to retain the top three spots with 1,41,386, 79,918 and 34,520 insertions respectively.

Cadbury India also retained its fourth spot with 31,453 insertions.

Brooke Bond Lipton India and Videocon Industries Ltd climbed to fifth and eighth spot with 24,558 and 16,482 insertions respectively.

FMCG player Patanjali Ayurved and Coca Cola India slipped to sixth and ninth spot with 20,858 and 16,273 insertions respectively.

Ponds India and Colgate Palmolive India entered the category in the seventh and tenth spot with 17,417 and 15,874 insertions respectively.
