M&C Saatchi India adds two new businesses to its kitty

M&C Saatchi has recently bagged the creative duties for Easy Bill and Crown Interiorz. While the former moves to the agency following a multi-agency pitch, the latter is a result of additional business being awarded by an existing client. As per industry estimates, the cumulative size of the businesses is in the region of Rs 6 crore.

Commenting on their decision to go with M&C Saatchi, Unnikrishnan Nair, Vice-President, Marketing and Sales, Easy Bill Ltd, said, “M&C Saatchi came to us with creative solutions that were not only interesting but also provided a valuable and unique perspective on our brand and matched it with their approach.”

R S Gandhi, Chairman, Crown Interiorz, said, “The Crown Interiorz Concept Mall is the first of its kind, which will help build and redefine lifestyles. We were looking for an agency that would help add value to our business, which we found in M&C Saatchi.”

On adding new businesses, Kamal Oberoi, Chairman and Managing Director, M&C Saatchi, India, said, “It is an honour to have Easy Bill Ltd and Crown Interiorz as our clients. Both these companies represent the changing face of the Indian market landscape, where customer is king.”

Commenting on the communication strategy, Oberoi said, “It is too early to talk about the strategy as we are in the process of evolving it. But as a category, Easy Bill is an exciting category to work upon. It facilitates easy payment of bills, which is something that every person faces and looks for an option. This gives us a huge potential to reach the consumers with the right kind of communication. Our endeavour will be to provide the most effective creative solutions based on our core philosophy of brutally simple thinking.”

Easy Bill Ltd, a Hero Group Company, is India’s largest bill collections company. Crown Interiorz is situated on the Delhi-Faridabad highway, and is India’s largest concept interiors mall.
