Lintas Media Group wins Hindware’s media duties

Following a multi-agency pitch, Lintas Media Group (LMG), Delhi has been appointed the media AOR for Hindware. The business is estimated to be in the vicinity of Rs 20 crore. The creative duty of the business is handled by Hakuhodo Percept.

Commenting on the win, Sudha Natrajan, President and COO, Lintas Media Group, said, “It is always a proud feeling to win a homegrown business, that too with the status of a Superbrand.”

VS Mani, Senior Vice President & General Manager, Lintas Media Group, added, “The kind of in-depth work on consumer and market segmentation that was presented to the client was appreciated and swung the decision in our favour.”

Until recently, the media was handled by a small agency and the focus was primarily the print medium. It is learnt that Hindware is now keen on foraying into television and other mediums and that was the reason behind the hunt for a media partner.

Hindustan Sanitaryware, the company behind the Hindware brand, offers a diversified product basket comprising a range of sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, bathtubs and whirlpools, and kitchen appliances. The Hindware brand has been recognised as a Superbrand consecutively for the last four years and claims to have more than 40 million satisfied customers the world over.
