EuroFly commences operations in India, appoints BEI Confluence as advertising partner

BEI Confluence, which is on an account-winning spree, has added the newly launched Italian airline EuroFly to its kitty. The account size is in the region of Rs 5 crore. Eurofly has announced the commencement of its flights between Delhi and Rome.

Speaking at the launch of the airline, Armando Brunini, Executive VP, EuroFly, said, “We have appointed BEI Confluence as our advertising agency in India following a multi-agency pitch. There were two rounds of presentations. We selected BEI Confluence after a campaign presentation in which they did pretty well. We are going to do separate advertising in Rome and India. Internationally we have Bay Advertising as our agency.”

He further said, “In India, we will be doing print ads in all the major dailies and trade magazines. The print ads will break by the end of December. The outdoor billboards, too, will break by December-end in Delhi first We will expand to other cities later. A TVC would also be launched at a later stage.”

“India is a strategic market for EuroFly and our foray into India marks a major milestone in the development of the airline. This is a new route between Delhi and Rome and EuroFly is filing the gap between the two capitals. We are confident of seeing great traffic movement between the two cities and beyond. India has been identified as one of the world’s fastest growing aviation markets which offers huge potential for us to offer value for money travel to larger section of Indian travellers,” Brunini added.
