Dentsu India and Serco join hands to launch ClozR Communications

Dentsu India has announced the launch of ‘ClozR Communications’, its new CRM and loyalty practice in joint partnership with Serco BPO, one of the leading domestic BPO companies in India. Focusing on one-to-one brand communication both in the digital and offline space, ClozR Communications will work towards creating and progressing impactful relationships between clients, their customers and consumers.

With ClozR, Dentsu India will strengthen the value based proposition to clients, also bringing in the technical expertise for deliveries to the entity. Serco will provide the CRM experience and process understanding along with the re-sourcing to the entity, which has been garnered over the last decade in the CRM, loyalty practice space. These services would initially cater to Indian and Middle East markets.

ClozR Communications offers brands full spectrum one-to-one engagement programmes ranging from offline services such as loyalty and data management, direct marketing strategy, telemarketing and creative capabilities.

In the online space, ClozR offers strategic planning, internet and digital marketing, online media optimisation, web analytics and application integration among other services. Headed by Satish Sathyanarayana as COO, ClozR will operate with offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Dubai.

Commenting on the strategic alliance, Sandeep Goyal, Chairman, Dentsu India, said, “We value the expertise and range of services that Serco brings to the new JV. Pure play ad agencies have traditionally not succeeded in creating enough impact with 360 degree services because their offering is most of the times merely cerebral and fails in execution. With ClozR, our endeavour is to provide clients a deep and comprehensive offering in loyalty management. Dentsu’s brand knowledge coupled with Serco’s sector expertise will give ClozR an unbeatable edge in the marketplace.”

“We are extremely excited about this joint venture. The synergy of Dentsu’s proven capabilities in brand development and creative content along with Serco’s expertise to strategise and execute cutting edge BPO solutions would offer our customer’s the unique opportunity to profit from integrated marketing solutions. Today, organisations need to differentiate themselves through their ability to deliver innovative and consistent customer experiences across all touchpoints, and drive customer lifecycle governance. ClozR has been conceived to deliver next generation marketing solutions to achieve this objective. ClozR will also be able to draw on Serco’s technical and software capabilities to enrich the service offering,” added Aditya Gupta, Chief Executive, Serco BPO Pvt. Ltd

Satish Sathyanarayana, COO, ClozR Communications, added, “The evolution of ClozR was but natural, with clients today clearly looking for deliveries in terms of action which goes beyond the paradigm of content, context and contact and more towards connect. ClozR is poised to create and progress these customised connects that lead to meaningful dialogues and impactful relationships.”
