Decomplex Marketing bags creative mandate for Raheja Developers

Raheja Developers has appointed Decomplex Marketing as its creative agency. The company will be responsible for Raheja Developers’ communication and creative strategies.

Speaking about the development, Varun Kapoor, Business Head, Decomplex, said, “Today, real estate has become one of the most advertised category across media channels, especially radio. So, the task for us was to create communication that elevates the brand, breaks the clutter and happens to be creatively exciting.”

Jyotiraj Hazarika, Creative Head, Decomplex, shared the highlights of the creative strategy that helped Decomplex win the pitch. “Rahejas are known for their path-breaking offerings in the arena of real estate. A feat that owes thanks to their world-class construction technology. So, why should their communication be any different? With a focus on what makes them different, our effort was to highlight the finer aspects that go behind the making of every Raheja offering, without compromising on the creative quotient.”
