Sanyukta Developers appoints Vizeum India as media AOR and communication consultants

Soon after pocketing the wins of Credila/HDFC and Asia Motor Works, Vizeum India has been appointed the communication consultants and media AOR for Sanyukta Developers Pvt Ltd (SDPL). Vizeum will integrate with internal partners to provide appropriate solutions to SDPL. Carat Fresh will provide support on the communication strategy and creative development. Posterscope and Isobar will contribute on OOH and digital possibilities respectively. The account is worth Rs 10 crore as per market estimates.

Confirming the decision to appoint Vizeum to lead the communication process, PL Raina, GM Tech, Sanyukta Developers, said, “We are impressed with the capabilities of Team Vizeum and are sure we have the right partners in them as we begin our brand building journey. We wish them all the best and look forward to a long association.”

SDPL was established in 2004 and is venturing into the development of Premium Luxury Townships, Group Housings etc. It has more than seven projects in real estate development in places like Dehradun, Noida and Bangalore. SDPL has aggressive plans to enter affordable Housing in a big way across pan India in major tier II and Tier III cities.
