K-Factor adds 3 new businesses to its kitty

Shivjeet Kullar’s K-Factor Communications Pvt Ltd has scored a hattrick of new business gains recently. The agency has bagged the Golkonda Hyderabad, a 141-room boutique property in Hyderabad. This account is valued at Rs 12 lakh per annum. On awarding the business to K-Factor, Akesh Bhatnagar, General Manager, Golkonda Hyderabad, said, “We were very impressed with the consistent level of creative this agency has been putting out and had no hesitation in signing them up.”

New Horizons, a company of the Shriram Group, has also signed on K-Factor. New Horizons has ambitious plans in the education business and chose K-Factor following a multi-agency pitch. The value of the account is pegged at Rs 24 lakh per annum. Shilpa Saxena, Head of Communications, New Horizons, explained, “We were looking for an agency with high creative skills as well as a fast turnaround time, and K-Factor fitted the bill perfectly.”

Completing the hattrick was the Shri Group win. Shri Group is a Mathura-based real estate conglomerate coming up with multiple projects in and around Delhi and NCR. This account is valued at Rs 25 lakh. Confirming this development, Ravi Sarin, Executive Director, Shri Group, said, “We are a company with extremely exacting demands, and K-Factor has the perfect team to meet the challenge.”

Commenting on the new business gains, Shantomoy Ray, CEO, K-Factor, said, “Finally, the market is showing signs of a robust revival and we should have more good news soon.” Shivjeet Kullar added here, “The challenge is to keep a high standard of creative in the face of very tight deadlines, so very often I personally appeal to clients to agree to a creative piece of work even if it may be a small ad in question.”
