ICICI hunts for creative partner for credit card division

ICICI Bank is on the lookout for a new creative partner for its credit cards business, according to industry sources, and has reportedly already invited a few agencies to make their presentations.

No official confirmation was forthcoming at the time of filing the report. Neither could the ad spend be ascertained.

Bates 141 is currently the incumbent agency on the business. It is learnt that the agencies that are making the presentations include some of the roster agencies on ICICI’s other divisions.

Some of the roster agencies that handle creative business for ICICI Bank include Ogilvy India, Lowe Lintas, Saatchi & Saatchi and Bates 141, among others. For the record, the media business of ICICI is handled by Mindshare.
