Indian Oil Corp, Orissa in search of ad agencies

The Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL), Orissa has invited advertising agencies for empanelment, according to reliable sources in the industry.

The empanelled agencies would be required to handle both internal and external communication through outdoor, print and other media platforms. Sources also informed that on a broader level they would need to prepare short films, audio visuals and multimedia presentations, radio jingles, TVC and also organise exhibitions in India and abroad.

To be eligible for empanelment, the applicant agencies should be accredited to the Indian Newspaper Society (INS) for the last three years and should have their office with necessary infrastructure in Bhubaneswar and they should not be working for any other oil and gas company within the country. Agencies are also expected to provide a dedicated team for servicing IOCL on a day-to-day basis.

Agencies with minimum annual turnover of Rs 3 crore during any of the preceding three financial years can take part in the pitch. The shortlisted agencies will have to make a creative presentation on a pre-decided theme for final selection.

Applicant agencies can submit their offers along with relevant documents at the Paradip Refinery project site, district Jagatsinghpur, Orissa. Last date for submission is February 28, 2011.
