The Gujarat State Petronet Ltd (GSPL), a subsidiary of Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation, has invited advertising agencies for a two-year empanelment initially, according to reliable sources.
The industry sources also divulged that the chosen agencies would be responsible for designing, conceptualising and media management, including release of advertisements, along with brand building and should be able to handle various PR activities and exhibitions. The duration of the empanelment could be extended for a further period of one year.
Eligibility criteria expect the interested agencies to be in existence for more than 10 years, along with a full-fledged office at Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar to execute timely service of marketing and publicity activities. The applicants should also have experience of working with the government or private sectors in fields such as media planning, graphics, designing and printing, website designing and maintenance and exhibitions.
The sources also informed that preference would be given to agencies that have prior experience in handling communication portfolios of at least five government organisations, private firms, boards and corporations. Necessary infrastructure is also a must for the agencies pitching for this particular business.
Interested applicants could submit the completed forms at GSPC Bhawan, Sector - 11, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
