Zee TV to unveil its new look on October 15

ZEEL’s Hindi General Entertainment Channel (GEC) zee-tv_1336.html">Zee TV will get a new look from October 15 onwards. The network will rebrand the channel and present it in a new avatar with an orange logo and a tagline called, ‘Aaj Likhenge Kal’ according to industry sources. 

Insiders state that the network has unveiled the Hindi GEC’s new look at Zee Rishtey Awards 2017 which was held on September 10 to celebrate Zee TV’s 25 years.  The ceremony will be telecast on October 15 which is when the new look will be revealed to masses at large.

The content line-up will reportedly not see a significant change post the new look. Zee TV continued to take the third spot in the overall Hindi GEC category with 625 million impressions for Week 36 (September 2-8) according to BARC data with popular properties, ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ and ‘Kundali Bhagya’ making it to the Top 5 programs overall with 10.9 million and 10.1 million impressions, respectively. 

The channel launched its new daily fiction show ‘Jeet Gayi Toh Piyaa Morre’ on August 21.  Its other latest romantic offering includes ‘Dil Dhoondhta Hai’ by Dashmi Creations, which will go on air by September 21.
