Prabal Pratap Singh has put in his papers at Aaj Tak as Executive Editor. August 30, 2013 is his last working day with the organisation. Singh has been with Aaj Tak for six years.
On his next destination, Singh said, “Currently, I am looking to explore some other opportunities.” There have been rumours about him joining ETV Network, which Singh denied.
Talking about his stint with Aaj Tak, Singh said, “It was great working with Aaj Tak, it is a very powerful and successful brand.” This was his second stint with the organisation. During his first stint, Singh was Head of the Special Investigation Team and had carried out some major sting operations. He was well known for his coverage on Afghanistan and Iraq war.
He left Aaj Tak to join IBN7 as Executive Editor, and then returned to Aaj Tak’s fold as Executive Editor.
Singh has more than two decades of experience in the field of journalism. Prior to joining Aaj Tak, he had worked with Eenadu, The Pioneer and Rashtriya Sahara.
