Star Plus retained top spot in Week 7 (Feb 8 to Feb 14, 2015) despite a drop in ratings. According to data sourced from TAM subscribers, Star Plus’ ratings declined to 622 million GVTs this week compared with 645 in week 6.
Zee claimed the No. 2 spot with 447 million GVTs while Colours was third with 443 million GVTs. Both saw a slight drop in GVTs as compared to Week 6.
Life OK saw a slight rise in its ratings with its GVT increasing from 310 million to 330 million in Week 7. This was enough for it to see of the challenge of other channels and claim fourth spot.
Sony Entertainment Television also saw an increase in ratings with GVTs climbing from 236 million in the previous week to 253 million in Week 7. This saw it claim the 6th spot.
The 5th place in this week’s rankings was taken by Sony SAB despite a fall in GVTs. It saw its ratings hold at 285 million.
Zee Anmol and Star Utsav fought it out neck to neck this week with Zee Anmol edging past the latter with total GVTs of 92.9 million. Star Utsav’s GVTs stood at 92.6 million.
Epic saw its GVT increase substantially from 7.7 million last week to 8.9 million in Week 7. This saw it take over Sahara One, which had GVT of 8.6 million.
Both Rishtey and Big Magic also saw a drop in members with the former seeing GVT drop from 57 million to 54 million and the latter seeing its GVT drop from 53 million to 46 million
