Week 15 ratings: Star Plus and Sab TV see maximum loss

In week 15 (April 5 – 11, 2015) of the Hindi GEC universe all the channels saw their ratings fall during the week. Star Plus and Sab TV saw the biggest fall in ratings during the week.

According to data sourced from TAM subscribers, Star Plus declined to 601 million GVTs in week 15 from 633 million GVTs in week 14.

Colors on the other saw a smaller dip to 409 million GVTs in week 15 from 416 million GVTs in week 14.

Zee TV scored 388 million GVTs this week 15 which was a fall from 405 million GVTs in week 14.

Sab TV in forth spot saw a big decline this week but still managed to hold on to its position a little above Life OK. Its ratings declined to 295 million GVTs in week 15 from 325 million GVTs in week 14.

Life OK too suffered a decline as it fell to 287 million GVTs this week from 301 million GVTs in week 14.

Sony Entertainment Television (SET) marginally declined to 221 million GVTs in week 15 from 235 million GVTs in week 14.
Star Utsav declined to 95 million GVTs in week 15 from 96 million GVTs in week 14. However, the decline being lesser in comparison to Zee Anmol has pushed Star Utsav to seventh spot. Zee Anmol saw a larger decline as it fell to 92 million GVTs this week from 98 million GVTs in week 14.

Newly launched Hindi GEC &TV after a brilliant first few weeks since the launch has now seen it slip at little. Its ratings dipped to 88 million GVTs in week 15 from 92 million GVTs in week 14.

Rishtey was the only Hindi GEC to see an increase this week as it rose to 58 million GVTs from 56 million GVTs in week 14.
Sony Pal declined to 44 million GVTs in week 15 from 55 million GVTs in week 14.

Sahara One took a big dip in ratings to 6 million GVTs in week 15 from 9 million GVTs in week 14.
