Tata Indicom presents new reality based AFP show, ‘Fun on the Run’

Tata Indicom has announced an AFP based treasure hunt game show, ‘Fun on the Run’, on Zee TV. The show, which features eight celebrity duos battling across nine Indian cities for the grand prize of Rs 25 lakh, will premiere on September 1, 2007 at 7.30 pm with a curtain raiser, followed by the reality series starting from September 8, 2007 at 7.30 pm.

On the run, as the contestants navigate their way across India to a new challenge, all they have to help themselves in this journey is a series of clues sent via their Tata Indicom devices. They use various Tata Indicom products and services like SMS, MMS, Remo Mail, Welcome Tunes, Data Card, Voice Stations, etcetera to solve problems and move ahead for other challenges.

Produced by Contiloe Films, the entire show will be encapsulated in 13 episodes. Abhimanyu Singh, CEO of Contiloe Films, said, “It has been one of the most challenging shows that we have produced. It has all the ingredients of adventure, thrill, humour and emotion to make for great television viewing.”

The eight celebrity duos that will feature are Rajeev Paul-Delnaaz Paul, Anushka Manchanda-Pratichee Mahapatra, Bakhtiyar Irani-Tanaaz Irani, Rajesh Kumar-Madhavi Kumar, Kushal Punjabi-Chetan Hansraj, Mukul Dev-Gaurav Gera, Baba Sehgal-Anaida, and Ayub Khan-Niharika Khan.


The popular channel from the Viacom18 ‘s umbrella MTV Indies, which aired music by independent artistes, was replaced by MTV Beats, a 24x7 Hindi music channel in 2016
