TAM ratings: Zee TV sees maximum ratings dip in household and individual data

In week 20 (May 10 – 17, 2015) saw Life OK and Sab TV ratings grow, while all the other top Hindi GECs fell during the week.
According to TAM ratings week 20 CS4+ HSM without LC1 markets household as well as individual data, Star Plus’ ratings declined in household as well as individual data marginally. In household it declined to 561 GRPs from 566 GRPs last week and in individual data declined to 239 GRPs this week from 241 GRPs in week 19.

Colors in No.2 spot saw its ratings declined to 453 GRPs this week from 464 GRPs in week 19 in terms of household data. While in individual data the ratings declined to 200 GRPs in week 20 from 202 GRPs in week 19.


Zee TV in No.3 spot saw its ratings see a big decline in terms of household data as it registered 318 GRPs in week 20 from 340 GRPs in week 19. In individual data too it saw its ratings decline to 146 GRPs from 153 GRPs in week 19.

Life OK in No.4 spot saw its ratings increase to 308 GRPs this week from 299 GRPs last week in terms of household data. In individual data it increased marginally to 131 GRPs this week from 128 GRPs last week.

Sab TV too saw its ratings rise in terms of individual as well as household data. While in household data it rose to 273 GRPs this week from 268 GRPs last week, in individual data it increased to 130 GRPs this week from 126 GRPs last week.

Sony TV saw its ratings decline on both fronts. While in household data it had declined to 205 GRPs this week from 215 GRPs last week, in individual data it declined to 92 GRPs from 97 GRPs last week.   

The group released the Little Hearts online-only campaign, #BreakSomeHearts, early this year and is on the path to make many more of its brands available on the digital platform
