Senior financial journalist Shishir Sinha joins ABP News as Business Editor

Financial journalist Shishir Sinha has joined ABP News as Business Editor.

He was earlier working as the Deputy Editor of The Hindu Business Line since July 2011.

 Active in journalism for over two decades, Shishir Sinha experienced in Hindi and English language journalism. He began his career in 1994 with the Press Trust of India (PTI)'s Hindi service Bhasha. He later joined the Rashtriya Sahara and the daily Amar Ujala. In 1998, His association with electronic media began with Aaj Tak. In 2005 Sinha joined CNBC Awaaz.

Sinha studied Mass communication and journalism at the Banaras Hindu University's Journalism Department. His articles have appeared in major newspapers and on websites. As a guest faculty he also lectures at the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, New Delhi. Sinha has hosted programs on the Akashvani (All India Radio) as well.
