Satish Menon puts in his papers at Network18

Satish Menon, CEO, Sports18 has moved on from the organisation after a stint of more than five years. Menon had joined Network18 in early 2008.

Prior to Network18, Menon was a part of the Zee Group as the President, Sponsorship and Business Development, Zee Sports. Menon was also a part of Nimbus Communications as President – Sports and Media, wherein he looked after the Indian operations of Nimbus’ sports and media businesses.

Before that, he was with Sahara One as President – Sales, Marketing and Distribution. He has also worked with Zee Telefilms as the President of Zee News.

There was no indication as to where Menon is headed, at the time of filing the report.

Menon has spearheaded various verticals and holds tremendous media experience. He has also had stints with MidDay, The Times of India and Sunday Observer.

In spite repeated attempts, Network18 officials were unavailable to make a comment on the development; Menon too remained unavailable to respond.
