Samir Ahluwalia will replace the outgoing CEO Alok Agrawal. Currently Ahluwalia is the Business Head and Interactive and Consulting Editor at Zee Business. Sources close to the development informed exchange4media that Ahluwalia will take charge as CEO and he will also head Zee Media Corp for an interim period.

Ahluwalia is associated with Zee News from the last 17 years. He joined the organisation in 1997.
