Rahul Joshi, Editorial Director of ET to be named N18's CEO News & Group Editor-in-Chief

Rahul Joshi, Editorial Director of ET, is slated to be announced as Network18's ‘CEO News and Group Editor-in-Chief'. The news of Joshi deciding to leave was broken to the Bennett, Coleman & Co Ltd (BCCL) boardon Wednesday, confirm sources. From his title of CEO and Group Editor-in-Chief, Joshi's mandate will extend to all aspects of business and editorial of Network18 properties.

Joshi was elevated to Editorial Director in 2006 from Executive Editor, when Rajrishi Singhal moved into consulting editor’s role.

Joshi did not comment, when contacted by exchange4media.

Interestingly, Network 18  appointed AP Parigi as its Group CEO earlier in January this year, also from the Times Group. Parigi has served as the Managing Director & CEO of ENIL/Radio Mirchi.

Kranti Gada joined the family business at Shemaroo in 2006 after a successful stint of over two years in marketing at Pepsi Co. She has been associated with the company for 12 years.
