NGC’s new series ‘Nat Geo Reveals’ will see the unseen from May 14

National Geographic Channel is set to take its viewers inside places they have never been before, to see what is unseen, through its new series ‘Nat Geo Reveals’. The series which will premier on Sunday, May 14, at 8 p.m., would reveal inside information about places and subjects ranging from Bollywood, the Fire Service, FBI, the US Secret Service to religion, nature’s fury and casinos, among others.

Speaking about the series, Joy Bhattacharjya, Senior VP-Programming, NGC India, said, “At National Geographic Channel, it is our constant endeavour to present programming that challenges our viewers and makes them rethink about the world they live in, and ‘Nat Geo Reveals’ tries to do the same. The series premieres with two India-based films that are of global interest and I am sure that our audience will love it.”

The twelve-part series will continue till Saturday, May 20, with an all-day-long marathon repeat telecast on Sunday, May 21, from 12 noon onwards.

The channel will also showcase two India specific episodes called ‘Delhi in Flames’ (May 14, 8 p.m.) and ‘Sunset Bollywood’ (May 14, 9 p.m.).

Also in this series is ‘The Ultimate Vegas Casino’ (May 15, 8 p.m.), which will highlight the steps to build the ultimate Vegas casino. This episode will be followed by ‘The Ultimate Roller Coaster’ at 9 p.m.

Some of the other shows on the anvil include ‘Inside The U.S. Secret Service - Protecting the President’(May 16, 8 p.m.), ‘Inside The FBI’ (May 16, 9 p.m.), ‘The Airbus A380 - World's Biggest Airliner’ (May 17, 8 p.m.).

The mysteries of Britannic, the ship with the tragic distinction of being the largest vessel ever to sink, along with the explanation as to why the White Star Luxury Liner sank, will be unraveled through the programme ‘Inside The Britannic’ on May 17 at 9 p.m.

The channel will be showcasing a two-hour special on ‘Inside Hurricane Katrina - Katrina: Unnatural Disaster’ on May 18 at 8 p.m. The two-hour special on ‘Gospel of Judas’ will be telecast on May 19 at 8 p.m. Besides, there will be shows like ‘Inside Mecca’ and ‘Inside NFL Films - The Idol Makers’.
