NDTV Imagine now available on DishTV

DishTV is expanding the bouquet of channels on its DTH platform. Close on the heels of adding 9X to its channel offering, NDTV Imagine has also come on board DishTV’s DTH platform. Hindi GEC NDTV Imagine was launched in January 2008.

Harsh Rohatgi, EVP, Revenue Management and New Ventures, NDTV Imagine, said, “This is an important milestone for us at NDTV Imagine. The channel, which has been winning over new audiences everyday, will now reach a larger audience through the DishTV Network, providing them with access to fresh and compelling programming such as ‘Ramayan’, ‘Jasuben Jayantilaal Joshi Ki Joint Family’, ‘Main Teri Parchhain Hoon’, ‘Lux Junoon Kuchh Kar Dikhaane Ka’ and ‘Nachle Ve with Saroj Khan’, among others.”

With the addition of NDTV Imagine, DishTV has further enhanced its general entertainment channel offering. With NDTV Imagine now available on DishTV, we re-establish our promise of wholesome entertainment to our discerning subscribers.”

NDTV Imagine will be available on LCN No. 104 on DishTV. The channel currently reaches out to over 94 million viewers across the country and runs in the core prime-time band (Monday-Friday) in the basket of nine GEC channels.
