My fav TV character: Ram Kapoor of ‘Bade achhe lagte hain’

Certain fiction characters become household names and enjoy immense popularity. Today, Ram Amarnath Kapoor of ‘Bade achhe lagte hain’ is undoubtedly one such character.

Anilkumar Sathiraju, Associate Vice President and Head South, DDB Mudra Max shared that Ram Kapoor’s charm and acting prowess, which comes across as extremely natural is what makes him so likeable.

Ram Amarnath Kapoor, the main male protagonist of the fiction show, is a very famous business tycoon and is very emotional towards his family and wife Priya. The show explores the worlds of two different personalities – Priya Sharma and Ram Kapoor – who accidentally discover love after they marry.

Who is your favourite character in the Hindi general entertainment space?
My favourite character is Ram Kapoor of ‘Bade achhe lagte hain’ fame.

What do you like about him?
His charm and the relationship that is portrayed between Ram and Priya is something I admire. Also, his acting is so natural that anyone can relate to him.

Do you think he does justice to the storyline?
By all means, yes. He completely justifies his character and the story beautifully.

Do you think the popularity of a particular character extends itself to the show or a show shapes up the characters?
Actually with Ram Kapoor, it has worked both ways. The character extends beautifully in the show.

How often do you tune in to ‘Bade achhe lagte hain’?
I watch the show every night.
