IBN7’s new show ‘Mirch Masala’ to add punch to week’s events

IBN7 is on a roll as it brings its viewers the third new show for the summer, ‘Mirch Masala’. Anchored by Gaurav Kapoor, this show is a satirical take on the week’s events that made news headlines. The show will be aired from July 14, and will be telecast on Saturdays and Sundays at 9.30 pm.

Ashutosh, Managing Editor, IBN7, said, “Humour is a saviour in most serious situations. Launching a show like ‘Mirch Masala’ will spice up the weekend and bring out the lighter side of what is considered to be serious business. I am confident that our viewers will thoroughly enjoy Gaurav Kapoor, who will be at his best.”

Whether it was Richard Gere trying to kiss Shilpa Shetty, or Pratibha Patil being nominated for Presidency, funnyman Kapoor can find a humorous angle to all, claims the channel.

Sanjay Dua, National Sales Head, CNN-IBN and IBN7, said, “Mirch Masala is a matchless show and will definitely be received enthusiastically by our viewers. Also, those looking to advertise with us will find it exceptionally lucrative to be associated with this property.”
