IBN 7 launches new business segment – ‘Sensex News’

IBN 7, the Hindi news channel from the TV 18 stable, has launched a new business segment called ‘Sensex News’. Starting from November 6, ‘Sensex News’ will be a daily segment focusing on opening and closing trends of the stock market.

The show will give an in-depth perspective on the stock market flow twice a day from Monday to Friday at 10 am and 4 pm. The show will be a ready reckoner on the stock market with business experts giving the viewers an update on the rising and plunging of the market.

“IBN 7 believes in conveying the most important information on business and current affairs to viewers in the most viewer friendly manner. The ‘Sensex News’ will be of particular interest to the business community as well as to those who want to keep abreast with the economic issues,” said Rajdeep Sardesai, Editor-in-Chief, CNN-IBN and IBN 7.

Ashutosh, Managing Editor, IBN 7, said, “‘Sensex News’ is a hardcore business show meant for individuals and corporates in the business of getting the best returns on investments by closely monitoring the market dynamics. It is essential for them to know the real reasons behind the day’s movements in the stock markets. Therefore, we decided to create a segment on business.”
