Hungama TV to launch ‘Kids Ka Kamaal’ contest

Kids are no more at the receiving end only when it comes to gifts. Now, even the young ones can have a lot to gift their parents. Hungama TV has launched ‘Kids Ka Kamaal’ contest. Starting from December 10, the Kamaal Kids can fetch gifts like a flat, a family car, a diamond set for their parents or even take their family on a foreign vacation.

As an official release informed, kids would have to participate in an interactive on-air contest (to be shown on Hungama TV) everyday through the month. The month-long contest, ‘Kids Ka Kamaal’, in a unique role-reversal, will give kids an opportunity to say ‘Thank You!’ to their parents in gratitude of their unconditional love and guidance.

Sharing on the show, Purnendu Bose, COO, Hungama TV, said, “Hungama TV believes in being the only channel that is for the kids and by the kids. It is a medium where kids can get opportunities to do things that are unimaginable. ‘Kids Ka Kamaal’ Contest is another endeavour from Hungama TV for the smart Indian children to express their gratitude and love for their parents, through a fun-filled and interactive contest.”

While daily prizes include mobile phones and gift vouchers, also up for grabs are weekly mega prizes like a flat, a family car and a holiday package to a foreign destination like Malaysia. Moreover, winners of shopping vouchers will also get to taste a change of guard by deciding what they would like to shop for their parents.

To be eligible for the contest the kid (below 14 yrs of age) has to create his/her own lucky number by using the first six numbers of mother’s date of birth, followed by the six from father’s date of birth. This would be unique to every kid and his/her lucky number would be the ‘entry ticket’ to the contest.
