Havas Sports, Showdiff join hands for sports marketing initiative in Indian sub-continent

Havas Sports, the sports marketing arm of Havas Group, and Showdiff Worldwide Pvt Ltd, the events, sports and celebrity management joint venture between Rediffusion DY&R and former cricketer Ravi Shastri announced a strategic partnership in the field of sports marketing for the Indian sub-continent.

Lucien Boyer, CEO of Havas Sports International who is currently in India, said, “India is a land of many opportunities and we intend to capitalise on the rapidly growing sports marketing domain. With our brand-focused approach, we offer clear differentiators to any brand interested in getting involved with sports as a marketing tool. With our proven research and measurement tools, we offer our clients the added bonus of knowing whether their activities are successful or not worth continuing with, and if successful, how to make it more so.”

He further said, “This strategic partnership with Showdiff Worldwide will be beneficial to everyone concerned. Showdiff Worldwide has a pedigree of world class entertainment and corporate events, and this, combined with our sports marketing expertise, will create a combination that will be a force to reckon with in India.”

The Havas Sports-Showdiff Worldwide collaboration will have representation spread across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata and Chennai.
