Dr Karan Singh to be Chief Guest at e4m News Broadcasting Awards

Stage is set for the exchange4media News Broadcasting Awards 2011. Gracing the occasion as Chief Guest will be Dr Karan Singh, senior Congress leader, eminent philosopher, statesman and President, Indian Council for Cultural Relations. The grand awards ceremony will be held at The LaLit, New Delhi, on Saturday, August 27, 2011.

Shekhar Gupta, Editor-in-Chief, The Indian Express is the Jury Chairperson this year.

This year, language news channels will be in the spotlight. Overall, 35 Awards in various categories will be given out this year.

Formulated in 2008, eNBA recognises the best in television news and rewards broadcasters and industry leaders who are responsible for shaping the future of television broadcasting in India.
