DTH service provider Dish TV has appointed independent global marketing agency iris as its direct marketing partner, following a multi-agency pitch. The other agencies that had participated in the pitch included iContract, Result Mccann and Solutions. iris will be responsible for planning, data segmentation, subscriber acquisition, retention strategies and partnership programmes for Dish TV.
