Discovery Travel & Living unveils new multimedia campaign

Discovery Travel & Living has embarked on a multimedia campaign highlighting its brand imagery, international lifestyle content and the range of talent that present their shows on the channel every night at 10 pm. The campaign – ‘Turn It On @ 10pm’ – incudes a range of media platforms, including TV, print, online, outdoors and direct. Zenith Optimedia is handling the creative duties.

Commenting on the campaign, Rajiv Bakshi, Director – Marketing & Communications, Discovery Communications India, said, “Discovery Travel & Living is the definitive destination for international lifestyle programming in India. It brings the world’s best known faces from the world of fashion, cuisine, auto and travel. Besides reiterating the brand character, this advertising campaign will also draw appointment viewing, highlight its programming diversity and build the biggest and real stars on Indian television screens.”

Viewers will get to watch ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ host Gordon Ramsay’s fiery temper rival ‘Indian Food Made Easy’ host Anjum Anand’s fiery curries. Ian Wright’s globe trekking escapades will meet food celebrity and fearless traveler Anthony Bourdain. Nigella Lawson’s delicious dishes will be up against designers Trinny & Susannah’s fashion tips. Also part of this thrilling line up are TV series by well-known chef Kylie Kwong, Sushama Reddy and Paul Teutul, host of the popular ‘American Chopper’.

The line-up for the entire week at 10 pm includes – ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ on Mondays, ‘Kylie Kwong: Cooking with Heart and Soul’ and ‘Nigella Feasts’ on Tuesdays, ‘Globe Trekker’ on Wednesdays, ‘Dream Hotels’ and ‘Indian Food Made Easy’ on Thursdays, ‘Trinny’ and ‘Susannah Undress’ on Fridays, ‘Anthony Bourdain’ on Saturdays, and ‘American Chopper’ on Sundays.
